Welcome to Duskr. By using our Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services. Our store runs on Shopify.

  1. Eligibility. You confirm you are of legal age in the United States and able to make a purchase.
  2. Products. We do our best to show features, images, and colors accurately; slight variations may occur due to screens or manufacturing. The features published at the time of your order apply.
  3. Orders. Your order is a request to buy; it's accepted once we confirm it and your payment is authorized. We may refuse or cancel an order due to lack of stock, an obvious pricing error, inability to verify payment, suspected fraud, incomplete details, or unauthorized resale.
  4. Prices & payment. Prices are in USD. Taxes and shipping are shown before checkout. Prices and promotions may change, without affecting orders already accepted.
  5. Shipping & delivery. Timeframes are estimates; see our Shipping Policy. Handing the package to the carrier does not remove your consumer rights.
  6. Returns & guarantee. Governed by our Refund & Return Policy. We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee in addition to your legal rights.
  7. Intellectual property. The site and its content (text, designs, logos, images, videos, names) belong to Duskr, its suppliers, or licensors. Use is personal and non-commercial only. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
  8. Reviews. If you submit a review, photo, or video, you authorize its use for store purposes; you confirm the experience is genuine and that you hold the rights. We don't alter authentic reviews or allow fake identities.
  9. Prohibited uses. Nothing illegal, fraudulent, malicious, impersonating, scraping, or that harms the site's security.
  10. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for unforeseeable indirect losses. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or defective products.
  11. Changes. We may update these Terms; the current version will live on this page. Changes don't retroactively reduce rights for purchases already made.
  12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state, respecting consumer protection rules.
